JUST BREATHE PILATES celebrates Nancy's success! Nancy Love is a living inspiration! To date, she's had a total loss of 70 lbs., 60 inches, and a stronger healthier core. We are so proud of her!
Nancy has been practicing Pilates since 2013. Her body awareness, form, strength, and agility have improved significantly. She takes three classes per week and gives it her all. She loves how it makes her feel, and enjoys the mind/body challenge. Just recently she performed a roll over for the first time (see picture). Congratulations!!
In December of 2017 she started on the Shape Reclaimed anti-inflammatory Program. This initial phase of this program consists of 8oz. of protein/day, vegetables, no starches or grains, 2 servings of fruit/day, some olive oil or coconut oil, and no processed foods. Homeopathic drops are also taken to help repair your metabolism, curb your appetite and help to tap into stored fat. In the beginning phase you visit a practitioner weekly for a urinalysis and consult.

The feedback and support she has received has been life-changing. Her family is also very proud of her, which has been a great motivator. Nancy’s accomplishment has also empowered them. For instance, Louise, her oldest daughter, is a STOTT Pilates trainer/teacher, and her daughter, Victoria works out 3x per week and has changed her diet. Her husband, Steven is taking on the Pilates challenge as well. Nancy says, “I feel it’s the grace of God that has enabled me to do it.” Congratulations Nancy! |
