Mat Pilates
This class integrates the STOTT Pilates repertoire. It focuses on strength, flexibility and endurance exercises on the mat with a focus on core stability, including pelvic and shoulder girdle stability with neutral alignment and breathing. It helps to restore the natural curves of the spine, relieve tension and enhance self-confidence. The result: a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized and moves with ease.
Restorative Pilates
Pilates with focus restoring the body to its proper alignment via stretching and strengthening at the barre, mat and wall in order to promote optimal movement and reduce pain. It will help you to understand your body posture's strengths and weaknesses, while improving your overall strength and agility.
Pilates Barre
A Pilates mat and ballet barre mixture incorporating the principles of Pilates, with an anatomical approach of correct alignment in order to obtain overall core conditioning and body strength. It creates body change and peak fitness while having fun.
